Whenever I visit family from LA I often eat at Alberini's. Tonight was a huge disappointment. A $40 filet had a burnt crust, well done and tough. The white fish francais was literally frozen fish...

Marinara sauce on bucatini was like tomato soup. Runny and tasteless. If an Italian restaurant can't get this simple task correct, I would not risk ordering anything else
