Veyance Technologies is a subsidiary of Goodyear Tire & Rubber, one of the world s largest tire companies. It manufactures tires, engineered rubber products and chemicals in more than 90 facilities in nearly 30 countries throughout the world. Veyance Technologies employs approximately 75,000 people. Veyance Technologies manufacturers and markets tires, several lines of belts, hose and other engineered rubber products for the transportation industry and various industrial and consumer markets, as well as rubber-related chemicals for various applications. The company was founded in 1898 and had 13 full-time workers through the turn of the century.
