This bank used to be excellent....but that was many many years ago. Now it is so poorly managed. Closes at 5pm on Fridays now which stinks for someone working a 9-5 as this used to be open a bit...

With two staff exceptions, the customer service here stinks. Lines, attitudes, generally unpleasant atmosphere. If you're thinking of banking here, don't.
