Franciscan Theatre & Conference Center

The Franciscan Theatre and Conference Center is a multipurpose facility that includes meeting rooms. The center has a more than 7,500 square feet of synthetic playing surface area that hosts sports activities, such as basketball and volleyball. Its gymnasium includes an exercise room and shower and dressing room facilities. The Franciscan Theatre and Conference Center s commons accommodates up to 350 guests for wedding receptions, as well as features a dance area. The center additionally includes the Serra Theatre, which is an 850-plus-seat facility that hosts several cultural and educational events. It is a part of Lourdes College, which is a Catholic educational institution that serves over 2,220 students annually.
