Eye 1 was founded over 25 years ago in Yellow Springs, Ohio. True, it was an unusual burg (we had bovine neighbors) to open a high-end, unique eyewear store. Word spread quickly about the eyewear store that carried unbelievably cool frames and we became a destination for folks far and wide. Fast forward to 2000 when we opened the the Hyde Park location. in 2005 we closed the Yellow Springs store and opened a store in Dayton. Our selection may vary by store, but frames are easily transferred.

This place is great! The selection of frames is second to none and so unique. Their prices may be a bit higher than your cookie cutter eyeglass stores but it is worth it. You get what you pay...
