Dr. Dowd is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains each test to be performed to asses your vision health. The staff are friendly and very helpful when explaining your vision plan benefits.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always receive great care. Dr Dowd takes as much time as you need, never feel rushed out of the office. Enjoy my visits.
