I had an awful experience with Brandi. The customer service was terrible, and she was very rude. Not a fan of her work either. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Really disappointed. My mom and I both went to get lash lift and tint - I've had them before at other places and have had great results. Here, my lashes were barely curled, tint ink (?) was left...

Brooklyn is excellent. I have been coming here for several months and my lashes are always perfect. The ambience of the facility is really welcoming and they have a ton of great products as well....
