My son utilized D1 in between sports seasons. D1 helped him train in different ways to support all around physical ability. He really enjoyed Coach Andre. We'll see you again in between seasons!

Leadership is horrible. The owner is unavailable, and unethical to say the very least. Wolf on sheep's clothing. I was charged months on end for things I never paid for or agreed to.

Phenomenal!!! For the first time since in years I am motivated and seeing results. D1 is amazing, the trainers will get you to the results that you want, I highly recommend it.
