We went to an event that was 100% vegan. I wasn't thrilled about eating mystery ingredients but went to the buffet with an open mind. I can say that the spinach/strawberry salad was delightful....

I NEEEEEEEED to shoutout this salad oh my GOODNESS! I prefer this salad to ones with actual chicken (I'm a fair weather vegan don't judge haha) which is a testament to just how delicious it is....
