Kristen Westfall, MD, is a colorectal surgeon. She joined University Hospitals in 2025. Dr. Westfall’s clinical interests include colon, rectal and anal cancer; other colorectal diseases and conditions; screening and diagnostic colonoscopy; and minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery. A frequent presenter and invited lecturer at various national medical conferences, Dr. Westfall is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, Association of Academic Surgery, and Association of Women Surgeons, among other professional societies. Dr. Westfall sees patients at locations in Cleveland and Westlake, Ohio.

Andrew Hanna, MD, is a surgical oncologist who joined University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center in 2025. His clinical interests include extremity and truncal soft tissue, retroperitoneal and Merkel cell sarcomas; gastrointestinal stromal tumors; melanoma; and gallbladder, stomach, small intestine, bile duct, liver and pancreatic cancer. In addition to contributing surgical oncology research to a number of peer-reviewed medical publications, Dr. Hanna is a regularly invited speaker and presenter at meetings hosted by various professional medical societies.
