In April of 2000 the SOBA Operations were merged with Cornerstone. SOBA exists today still as a full service brokerage agency for MMO.Today Cornerstone employs over 60 full time benefit specialists and has become one of the largest wholesalers of group insurance in the country. Cornerstone has a Dayton office and has purchased Southeastern Agency in Athens, Ohio and the Carter Agency in Lima, Ohio.
