Necco provides services related to the welfare of children in need of loving, stable and supportive families. We do this through adoption, foster care, independent living, supported living, community rehabilitation, residential living, mental health counseling and related support services. Necco operates in Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana and serves children age birth to 21.

At Athens Treatment Services in Athens, Ohio, we offer medication-assisted treatment programs for opioid addiction as well as individual and group counseling. Our Outpatient Treatment (OP) program uses methadone, Vivitrol, and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to treat opioid use disorders. Men and women receive treatment plans including individual, family, and group therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), grief/loss therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, spiritual counseling, and life skills training are offered. Specialized LGBTQ+ programs and for expecting mothers. Medicaid and private insurance benefits are accepted.
