All I wanted to do was make an optometry appointment. I could barely understand the lady on the phone. She got really nasty with me. It affected my PTSD. I don't feel comfortable coming here.

The lab is absolutely horrible the lady is slow and likes to talk I absolutely hate coming here for 2 minutes lab work that takes an hour absolutely notorious here
