The Drug Enforcement Administration ( DEA ) is teaming up with the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office, Genesis Healthcare System, Muskingum Behavioral Health, Northside Pharmacy and the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department to provide a safe means for the disposal of unwanted, unused prescription medications.The Muskingum Family Y will present the Josephine Phillips Health Care Award to Corey Hamilton, ZMCHD Health Commissioner.
