Walked in to get a tail light bulb and was greeted by an Autozone employee. He quickly offered to help locate the bulb. The entire process including checkout was less than a minute.

This folks are always very helpful, they go above and beyond to make a sale. Derrick at the sales counter just helped me to replace my battery and to test the alternator, i will be back!

They helped me get the part rang me out then when asked for helped they all just stood around talking to each other and that was it. Poor customer care!
