Haven't gotten food but no napkins. No coke. Not ketchup or sauces out for us to pick up. Bathroom with towel machine but roll on back of toilet. It's half ass. Have to give 3+ stars for hot...

who ever owns this Arby's should be forced to give up the franchis. I've never seen more than 3 employees working at a time usually 2 normally during peak hours this time my food was cooked twice...
