Established in 1995, Clariant offers a range of specialty chemicals. It employs a work force of more than 20,000 people. The company maintains Textile, Leather & Paper Chemicals, Functional Chemicals, and Masterbatches divisions. It serves the fashion and clothing, building and housing, cleaning and care, sports and leisure, and transport and traffic markets. Clariant features leather chemicals for tanning, dyeing and finishing applications, such as MELIO, DERMA, MELIODERM and AQUALEN. It also maintains the Pigments & Additives division, which develops and produces organic pigments, pigment preparations and dyes for paints and coatings and plastics applications. The company maintains operations in Asia, Latin America, Europe and North America.

They both dreamed of owning their own business and decided to start a cleaning supply company. Tom's father came up with different formulas and encouraged the family to see it through. Now Ezzy Clean, Inc. is in over 30 states and is manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility, designed by Tom and his wife Jenny. With the help of the entire Caudle family, Ezzy Clean is now a household name. The Caudles mix everything from scratch and package products in 8 ounce bottles to 55-gallon drums.
