These ppl never answer the phone. I've been waiting on the manager to call me for over a week now. Of course they didn't call so now I have to hunt them down but no one EVER answers the phone....

The absolute worst service in every way. I pay for the top tier plan and have a 16 PRO. Yet I NEVER have service, my plan has increased over 30% in 6 months, and customer service is non-existent....
