What the hell... waited for the damned kiosk to reboot for 10 minutes, only for it to tell me I can't purchase stamps at this time. Another fine job!

Staff is great, and I was charged $10.80 for a small box, and the shipping was double USPS. Their services are expensive. I'm just glad they don't charge for Amazon returns.

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The postman who drives our neighborhood route always gets it right too. Apparently it depends on whom you get.

constantly receiving neighbors mail or they receive ours. Putting a hold on mail is worthless because it's still delivered. Trying to call and speak to someone there is a miserable experience....
