The Wellness Center at Meadowmont is one of the premier medical fitness facilities in the United States. It has a staff that includes instructors, exercise physiologists, dietitians, physicians and health care professionals. The center offers several health care services and lifestyle education programs to civic groups, schools, senior centers, recreation departments and churches. The Wellness Center at Meadowmont has an aquatic area that features a whirlpool, sauna, 25-yard indoor heated and warm-water therapy pools. The center offers a variety of lifestyle education classes, fitness programs, and rehabilitation and traditional medical care services.
