They required me to make an appointment to get my battery changed. When I got there I was told I have to wait. That appointments mean nothing. That's not how I believe a business should operate...

I brought our business iPad in with part of the charger stuck in the port. They were kind enough to remove it without charge. Super fast, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!
