Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. Our first experience at the Capital Grille exceeded our expectations! Steaks were a perfect medium rare. Salads and sides were fantastic. Pierce, our server was awesome.

Went here for our anniversary and of course, we were highly pleased with the results. A 5 star restaurant that didn't fall short at any point. Waitress staff was A1, cleanliness of the building...
