i have to preface this message as - i am someone who HATES THE GYM. i like working out, but hate the gym setting. I get intimidated by the free weights bc that's where all the meatheads...

This gym is Fantastic:) I'm a super happy member! Great classes and love my trainer Alex. Alex will whip you into shape. Thanks to the owners and staff for running this gym so well:)

Good gym...not huge but great equipment for a full workout. Staff is very friendly. I'm only visiting but would welcome this place as my home gym if I were local to the area.
