I chose to become an Advanced Practice Provider because I’ve always been driven by a deep desire to help others live healthier, fuller lives. Medicine combines my love of science with my passion for building meaningful, long-term relationships with people. Every day presents an opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life, and that’s incredibly fulfilling. My approach to patient care is rooted in compassion, communication, and collaboration. I believe in treating the whole person—not just their symptoms—through a holistic approach that considers physical, emotional, and social well-being. I emphasize preventive care and education as key tools in helping individuals and families stay healthy, with the ultimate goal of building a stronger, healthier community. I strive to ensure every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health journey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, reading, and cooking. I find that staying active and connected helps me bring energy and balance into both my personal life and my medical practice.

After 10 years as a nurse, I was encouraged to go back to school. I chose to become a nurse practitioner so I could continue to care for patients and impact my community. My philosophy of care is to incorporate all aspects of the human body with an individualized medical approach, encouragement for proper self care and disease prevention.
