Incorporated in 2006, Carolina Family Connections is a non-profit agency providing family foster care for children in need of out-of-home placement in North Carolina. Thousands of children ages birth to eighteen are placed into foster homes each year in North Carolina. According to the North Carolina Division of Social Services "all foster children have unique backgrounds, experiences, personalities, strengths, and needs.
