The Brian Center Health & Retirement, with its facility in Durham, N.C., is a rehabilitation and nursing center. It offers inpatient and outpatient programs for persons recovering from stroke; head; orthopedic and spinal injuries; chronic pain; and other disabling injuries. Its programs include 24-hour nursing care, acute rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation and pain management. It provides physical, occupational and speech therapies and specialized programs, including functional testing, functional restoration and vestibular balance.
