Serbceb is a Southeast Regional Center of Excellence for Emerging Infections Biodefense located in Chapel Hill, NC. Led by Fred Sparling, MD and Jenny Ting, PhD, the center focuses on research programs and projects related to biosafety training, aerobiology, animal models, and biomarker imaging.
