Cumberland County CommuniCare is an umbrella organization that provides and supports prevention and early intervention services for at-risk children and their families. The organization offers program evaluation, development and improvement services. Cumberland County CommuniCare also provides substance abuse prevention services. The organization offers an outpatient and intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment and community support program for youths. It provides assessment and case management services. The organization offers support to the Coalition for Awareness, Resources and Education of Substances (C.A.R.E.S.), which is an independent nonprofit substance abuse initiative. It is affiliated with Partnership for Children, Cumberland County Schools, the United Way and Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. Cumberland County CommuniCare is located in Fayetteville, N.C.
