Beautiful views! Exceptional service from Ranger Bob who helped us through some mishaps. Super cute playground for the kids, and nice bathrooms. Worth the visit for sure.

Like South Mountain it isn't worth the drive. A bit moderate with somewhat strenuous incline but it's mainly so-so. To many properties around it & a lot of fun fire from them.

Great parking area with bathrooms. Incredibly well-marked trails. Beautiful place for a hike.

Five years later and we still love Rocky Face. We've done almost every loop available. The VMC will kick your butt, but is a great workout. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The kids still live...

We came here to do some day hiking. There aren't a ton of trails, but enough to get a quick hike in. We started on the Vertical Mile Challenge/the Grindstone trail (many of the trails overlap)....
