came to pizza hut for the first time in 20 yrs, and it will be another 20 before i am back. Ordered an thin crust pizza for carryout. Showed up 5 minutes after the time it said it would be ready...

Came here for sunday buffet....absolutely disappointing. they no longer have a salad bar (it was premade with 2 slice of cucumber and 1 slice of tomato, a small amount of cheese) the salad itself...

Pizza was perfect and everyone was working so hard there tonight. Loved the classic ambiance.

Pizza and pasta was very good..Customer service was very pleasant.. I have not been to this location since about 2005..There are no Pizza Huts left in Charlotte as far as a indoor sit down..
