As a Physical Therapist, I work alongside patients to help them return to the activities they love. I have worked with people of all ages and functional levels. My goal is to develop effective treatment plans and help educate patients in order to empower and equip individuals with the tools they need to treat themselves.

I enjoy working with patients of all ages, from 8-100 years old, who have orthopaedic dysfunction. When I work with someone, my top priority is to reduce their pain and help them regain lost function in order to improve their quality of life. For younger athletes, this could mean returning to a sport they love. For older patients, this might mean walking without a walker or being able to play with the grandkids. Each patients goal is unique and important to them. In short, Im here to help them achieve it. Seeing someone return to doing something they love gives me the most satisfaction, and its why I practice physical therapy.

I am a former college athlete who dealt with numerous injuries over the years. I gained a great deal of knowledge of physical therapy while going through it with shoulder and knee surgeries. I wanted to go into a field that I could assist people in returning to an active lifestyle, improve function, and decrease pain. I enjoy seeing a variety of patients and giving them the knowledge and ability to enjoy the activities they love the most.
