Meredith Chapman, PA-C, provides family medicine care in Greensboro with a focus on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She listens closely to each patients needs to deliver compassionate, personalized care that supports lasting well-being.

I have always been a caring and nurturing person; that made medicine the perfect career for me. After spending time as a registered nurse, I went back to school to become a family nurse practitioner (FNP) so I could touch the lives of others in positive ways. As an FNP, I am fortunate to be able to care for people across the lifespan. I especially enjoy caring for whole families as they grow older. \n My approach to healthcare is patient-centered and based on scientific evidence. I want to help people live the healthiest life possible. This means preventing illness when we can and using appropriate screenings to catch concerns early. For patients living with chronic conditions, I want to help them control those illnesses, minimizing symptoms and complications whenever possible. \n I met my husband while we were in college, and together we have a dog and a cat. I am one of six siblings, and I love spending time with my big family! When I am not working or spending time with family and friends, I love going to the gym or the beach, hiking, reading, board games and crafting.

MinuteClinic SUMMERFIELD, located inside CVS/pharmacy #5532 at 4601 US HWY. 220 NORTH, is a walk-in medical clinic. Services include routine vaccinations, health screenings, minor wound and injury treatment, physicals and more-- with no appointment needed. Our family nurse practitioners and physician assistants provide services for both adults and children, 18 months and older. MinuteClinic accepts most insurance plans and cash, checks, and credit cards.
