CRAFTED TOWARD THE SEA Welcome to Makai Brewing Company, where we are “crafted toward the sea.” Inspired by island-hopping and a history of home-brewed beer creations, Makai is an award-winning microbrewery in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. Known for its accessible variety of beers and island flavors, we always pour beers fresh in our tropical taproom from our three-barrel brewhouse. WE ARE ALWAYS ON ISLAND TIME Set your clocks to Island Time and take a journey through our variety of beer styles. Our small-batch system allows us to be creative and whip up fresh goodies for each season. We push our system to its limits by double-batching our flagship beers so you can take a taste of our island home with you in 16 oz cans. We like to think we have achieved that elusive equilibrium between work hard and play hard and love to share that enthusiasm with our visitors near and far.
