You do have to use the kiosk to check in. I would suggest that method instead of you cell phone if you are already there. I ended up with a 1:00 appointment and that was when they called me back....

You have to check in at the kiosk or online. Then they take your payment. They text you when you can check (1 hour wait time) not too bad then AFTER I checked in I'm still here 2hours and 45 mins....

My fiancé went here and paid $50 as a co pay for her insurance. We checked her account about a week later and mainstreet family care has taken out $130 and we called and got in touch with someone...
