If Walmart can take an item as small as a light bulb with no receip. Then this place should. You've lost a customer. Customer service. That is low at Lowe's.

Lowes has the sorryest customers service in cliton nc i've every seen. we bought a washing machine, they delivered and it had 2 big dents in it so they said they would bring another one out...

Looked on Website before driving 20 miles to store.arrived at 5:58 to be waved at from inside the store they were closed. I guess they closed early at 6:00. Other people were leaving the store...
