Libby Hill Seafood is a full-service seafood restaurant. Luke Conrad opened the first Libby Hill Seafood restaurant back in 1953. The building, an old roadhouse that had been padlocked by the sheriff because of bawdy activities, was situated on the corner of Highway 220 North in North Carolina. The restaurant serves both lunch and dinner menus. Menu selections consist of fried crab cakes, chicken livers, shrimp, scallops, salmon, flounder, chicken tenders, oysters, clam strips, trout, perch, salads and desserts. The restaurant also offers broiled selections, including boiled shrimp and fried seafood that is cooked in pure vegetable oil. Libby Hill has more than 10 restaurants across North Carolina, including a facility in Greensboro, N.C.
