We are a slightly different yoga studio. We are more than just a place to exercise. In our upstairs studio, and in our downstairs community room we want you to feel welcome; always. Something amazing happens when people breath, flow, sweat, and laugh together. Energy is created when our bodies are in motion. That energy can also be found in our downstairs community space where you can make new friends, or connect with old ones. We offer coffee, espresso, lattes, tea, Kombucha, Prosecco, beer and wine.
