Raycom Sports is one of the leading, independent firms in the United States that specializes in sports marketing and event management and production solutions. Founded in 1979, the firm has produced and distributed football and basketball games from the Atlantic Coast Conference. It features a high-definition KU uplink truck and several edit bays, as well as a fully equipped monitoring facility to view and record satellite programs. In addition, Raycom Sports produces and markets syndicated and network programming. The firm s clients include the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Sunrise Teleproductions. It is a part of Raycom Media, which owns and operates more than 40 television stations throughout the U.S.
