They don't stand behind their product. They have a 3rd party repair service that wants 195.00 just to call you for a visit. They won't even schedule anything unless you paid them 195.00

$1500.00 recliner is made of wafer board and the remote controller failed after 3 years ! The remote is obsolete and people are charging about $175 on eBay for a used one!
