I wanted to become a physical therapy (PT) because I have a deep passion for helping people and a love for exercise. I enjoy working one-on-one with people guiding them through challenges and seeing their progress firsthand. My approach to treatment care is developing a personalized plan that does not only address a person's physical needs, but also fits seamlessly into their daily lives. I am always eager to explore innovative techniques or approaches that can benefit a person’s recovery while always working toward addressing the patient's goals to improve overall quality of life. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and kids. I enjoy being outdoors and staying active, whether it is hiking, visiting playgrounds, skiing, golfing, or enjoying a cup of coffee.

My interest in physical therapy commenced when I studied human anatomy and sports medicine in high school. I love the overlap between physical therapy, yoga and well-being. My mission is to treat patients through embodiment, curiosity and creativity to cultivate a healing practice that promotes mind-body awareness, dynamic movement, wellness and autonomy. I believe in treating each patient as the unique individual that they are. When I am not performing physical therapy, I can be found teaching yoga, watering houseplants, traveling somewhere warm or playing with my Doberman Pinscher, Zena.
