Formerly The Imperial Life, the space began as an upscale auxiliary bar to Table. It served many great years as a craft cocktail and charcuterie bar in downtown Asheville. As we have transformed 48 College Street to be the home of El Gallo, the upstairs bar has adapted. Imperíal is a fun and lively space, with an agave focused cocktail menu.

Best bartender ever! Knows his stuff! You want tequila come here. Place is great. Ambiance is amazing. Has plants, can't hate a place with real plants. Best experience by far this weekend
