My loved one was there for only 3 months. She had Medicaid & we paid also & I have requested my refund. No response !! This place is understaffed! Memory Care workers on laptop, braiding each...

I would not recommend Holden Heights as facility has major problems. Exits do not have ADA accessibility, electrical issues with smoldering outlet, said they fixed it but only cleaned plate...
