Hayesville Middle School

Hayesville Middle School provides a range of educational opportunities for more than 400 students enrolled in grades five through eight. The school offers classes for communication skills, computer technology, language arts, mathematics, physical education, science and social studies. It also provides various programs for art, music, chorus and band. Hayesville Middle School offers sports participation in football, cross-country, volleyball, wrestling, basketball, baseball, and track and field. The school s campus includes a library media center and classrooms. In addition, it provides transportation and nutrition services. The school offers various clubs, including junior beta and international junior civitan. It is a part of Clay County Schools, which is a small, rural school system of over 1,250 students.
