ook i'm no karen, but what the heck happened to this cake, our decorator was jackson and im sure he's a beginner but if i had known i would've just asked for a plain cookie cake and done it...

This is the worst GAC store I've seen. Zero customer service. The cookies look like a 5 year old made them. And they are unapologetic about their mediocrity. Hard pass. Go to Superior Bakery...

I'd give no stars if it was possible! Worst customer service ever! The cookie cake example they had was very cute and decorated nicely which was NOTHING that i got when i picked up my cookie cake....
