I chose to become a nurse practitioner to help empower patients to livetheir best healthy lives. My approach to patient care is one that is collaborative. I believe that the best provider-patient relationships are ones that focus on best practice standards while also incorporating patient preference. This approach leads to best patient outcomes. I have a profound interest in preventive care, addressing health disparities, and working with underserved communities. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with family and friends.
