Founded in 1947, Crosby Trucking Service maintains its general offices in Mount Sidney, Va.; Evansville, Ind.; Shrewsbury, Mass.; Sidney, Ohio; Mount Juliet, Tenn.; and Charlotte, N.C. It has a full-service maintenance shop that services, rebuilds and paints its tractors and trailers. Crosby Trucking Service has more than 130 tractors and over 610 trailers. The company has a staff of nearly 205 employees. Its traffic lanes are along the East Coast and between the East Coast and points in Ohio, Indiana and Chicago. Crosby Trucking Service has several subsidiaries, such as Crosby Leasing, Crosby Brokerage and Crosco, which is a real estate holding company.
