I asked to have 3 inches cut off. 6 inches was cut. I am so disappointed in this cut. The back is shorter than the sides. I don't like short hair and now I have short hair. If I complained...

Went there. One lady has cut my hair 4 times. Wry very nice lady but she cuts my hair the way she likes it. Please talk to your hairstylist to do as customers ask.
