Omg Next to belk in whiteville nc. Don't be fooled by this place in a struggling strip mall. They are not listed on yelp and really must be. Storefront is shop/grocery. In the back is non-descript...

Very nice lunch! Had the president tacos - steak and shrimp. Enjoyed them very much! Good chips and salsa. Rice was nice and flavorful. Best tacos I've had down here.
