Terrible service....would not even give s star if I could. Just dont. You don't have a local person for service or customer help...no one helps you if there is an issue. I would never recommend.

Since the Primo purchase the company has been messed up in every way imaginably possible. They charge wrong pricing, they deliver different quantities than they bill, they bill different prices...

This delivery service is by far the worse I've ever had. They blame it on the merger from ready refresh to primo brands. But I had the exact same issues before the merger. They ALWAYS...

Business is probably on the verge of Chapter 11. I can't get anyone to answer the phone, I am unable to access the login portal, nobody will answer e-mails, yet they still charge my credit card...
