When I visited the store, I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent. The desserts were amazing and the greetings were great as well.

I wanted to try to see what all the hype was about. Great location in the Concord Mills area. Great presentation and inviting selections. For me this just wasn't it. The cookies taste doughy...

What I realized about Crumbl is that people either love it or hate it, and I am possibly the only human being that is on the fence about it! This location is clean, easy flow and nice staff....

We placed an order online and the pick up process was fast and easy. The flavors we ordered were French Toast & Wedding Cake, they were both delicious!
